1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 5 777dt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://5777dt.net. By accessing any part of the 5777dt platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

5777dt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point thereafter — to confirm that the age and identity eligibility criteria are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending review.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 5777dt services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one 5777dt account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 5777dt reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and withhold any balance pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted using your account credentials — regardless of whether it was carried out by you personally — is your legal responsibility. • Never share your login credentials with another person, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact support immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
• Do not respond to any unsolicited communications claiming to be from 5777dt and requesting your login details — 5777dt will never ask for your password.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

5777dt is committed to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. As part of this commitment, the platform applies a KYC verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card or passport confirming identity and date of birth; proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months; and proof of payment method ownership. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 5777dt platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payments — where a deposit is made from a payment source not belonging to the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 5777dt account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. 5777dt does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network outages outside our control. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within thirty minutes, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being completed and in good standing. For verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within minutes of approval during normal operating hours. 5777dt reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where account activity indicates irregular patterns. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same account.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5777dt offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account as part of a promotional offer are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in qualifying games before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements, exploiting promotions in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational play, or using bonus funds as part of a systematic hedging or low-risk strategy is considered bonus abuse. 5777dt reserves the right to void bonus balances, reverse withdrawals pending investigation, and close accounts where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 5777dt management and are final.

• Bonuses are valid only for the player account to which they are credited and are non-transferable.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• 5777dt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion terms.
• Deposits made via certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific promotions — check individual promotion terms for details.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

5777dt is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any multi-player format.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform without manual human input.
• Vulnerability exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to extract value not consistent with normal gameplay outcomes.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was genuinely authorised by you.
• Money laundering: Using the 5777dt platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin. All suspicious activity is reported as required by applicable law.
• Identity fraud: Registering using another person's identity, providing false documents during KYC, or misrepresenting any personal information during account creation or verification.
• VPN or proxy misuse: Using a VPN, proxy server, or IP masking tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions applied to your account.

Where 5777dt reasonably suspects that prohibited conduct has occurred, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend the affected account, withhold any pending withdrawals, void bets placed during the period of suspected misconduct, and permanently close the account. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent or prohibited activity will not be returned.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party may initiate the closure of a 5777dt account, subject to the conditions described below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 5777dt support via live chat or at [email protected]. Before closing your account, ensure that all pending withdrawals have been processed and that you have reviewed any outstanding bonus terms. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method.

Closure or Suspension by 5777dt

5777dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Detection of a duplicate account held by the same individual.
• Determination that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who are concerned that their gambling is becoming problematic may activate a self-exclusion period directly from their account settings. Self-exclusion options of 30 days, 90 days, six months, or permanent exclusion are available. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5777dt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions not caused by 5777dt; interruptions in service caused by third-party providers including payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers; or loss of data resulting from circumstances outside 5777dt's reasonable control.

In all circumstances, the maximum aggregate liability of 5777dt to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration. 5777dt's decisions on matters of platform policy, account management, and bonus eligibility are final and binding unless found to be manifestly unreasonable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms communicated to you in connection with a particular offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5777dt in relation to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any nature, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
